All sales are final.
Order cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Please review all product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.

All items sold by VINTAGE QUEEN are pre-owned luxury items.
Even items listed in very good condition may show minor signs of wear.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, customer preference, sizing issues, condition differences, or any customs-related matters.

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you have any questions or concerns, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above policies, if an item is clearly incorrect from what was ordered, lost during transit, or clearly damaged during shipping, we will take full responsibility.

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs, after confirming the situation with the customer and the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once payment is completed.
Upon confirmation of payment, your item is immediately prepared for shipment.

Duties, Import Taxes, and Returned Shipments

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
We do not assume any liability for these charges under any circumstances.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, VAT, or other required taxes, the order will not be canceled.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If reshipment is requested, additional shipping fees will apply.

Please note that if a return is determined to be the result of malicious actions—such as intentionally providing an invalid address, deliberately refusing delivery, or intentionally failing to pay applicable duties or VAT—we reserve the right to decline future transactions.
