Shipping, Insurance & Customs

We ship all items worldwide via DHL Express. All shipments are handled securely and professionally.

All orders are fully insured.
In the unlikely event of loss, theft, or damage during transit, you are fully protected and will receive full compensation.
Every shipment includes tracking, and a Track & Trace link will be provided after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Asia: 2–5 business days

USA: 3–9 business days

Europe: 3–9 business days

Middle East: 3–7 business days

Africa: 5–10 business days

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that all import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and any other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Customs regulations vary by country, and we have no control over these charges. Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures.

Important Notice (No Returns / No Cancellations)

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of international purchasing and proxy buying services, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after an order has been placed.

We carefully inspect all items before shipping; however, minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned luxury items are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for issues arising after shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Customs delays or inspections
  • Import duties or tax charges
  • Refusal to accept the package
  • Failure to pay customs fees
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Absence at the time of delivery

If a package is returned due to the above reasons, all return shipping costs and any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If malicious behavior is detected (such as intentionally refusing delivery or providing false information), we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

Delivery Information

We currently do not offer the option to specify delivery date or time. If you are not available at delivery, the courier will leave a notice, and you must arrange redelivery directly.
