Delivery Address and Timing
Currently, our company does not offer the option to specify the delivery day or time.
Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, you can track your package using the provided tracking number. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the shipping company will leave a notice. You will then need to arrange a convenient time to receive your package.

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or long-term absence, we will cancel your order. If you wish to repurchase, please place a new order.
In case of cancellation, your payment will be refunded, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
