We are not responsible for issues arising after shipment, including but not limited to:

  • Refusal to accept the package

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Absence at the time of delivery

If a package is returned due to the above reasons, all return shipping costs and any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If malicious behavior is detected (such as intentionally refusing delivery or providing false information), we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

Delivery Information

We currently do not offer the option to specify delivery date or time. If you are not available at delivery, the courier will leave a notice, and you must arrange redelivery directly.

Cleaning Service

Before shipment, every item received by BRAND SHOPPING JAPAN is carefully cleaned and prepared so that it is ready to use upon arrival.

Our cleaning service is intended to improve the overall presentation and cleanliness of the item. We make every reasonable effort to remove dust, surface dirt, and unwanted odors whenever possible.

However, please note that we do not perform restoration or repair work. Original stains, scratches, discoloration, tears, loose stitching, scuffs, cracks, or other signs of wear that cannot be removed through normal cleaning will remain.

While we will do our best to reduce odors, we cannot guarantee their complete removal. The effectiveness of odor treatment depends on the condition and age of the item.

Our service is strictly limited to cleaning and preparation. No repairs, recoloring, restoration, or refurbishment are included unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We believe that preserving the original character and authenticity of vintage luxury items is important, and therefore we avoid unnecessary alterations whenever possible.

Basic cleaning and preparation before shipment are included in our service fee at no additional charge.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our proxy purchasing service, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds requested for the customer's convenience.

Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

After receiving payment, we immediately proceed with purchasing and securing the requested item from the seller in order to avoid losing availability.

Before shipping, every item is carefully inspected and authenticated by our team.

If an item is determined to be counterfeit during our authentication process, we will immediately return the item to the seller and issue a full refund to the customer.

In cases of counterfeit items, a full refund will be processed immediately upon confirmation.

All shipments are sent via DHL Express with insurance coverage. If a package is lost in transit and is not delivered to the customer, the shipment is protected by DHL insurance, and the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with the insurance coverage.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, color differences caused by screen settings, or minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned luxury items.
