All orders shipped through DHL or EMS are insured and can be tracked. After your shipment is dispatched, you will be provided with a link to the Track & Trace service, where you can monitor your shipment and verify its delivery status online.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other taxes in addition to the price listed on VINTAGE VUITTON JAPAN. There might be delivery delays caused by external factors like customs clearance.

However, we take special care by thoroughly cleaning each item, removing as much dirt as possible, eliminating mold, and ensuring zippers function smoothly, so that we can offer these items in the best possible condition.

We store these valuable vintage items in a place that is free from direct sunlight, well-ventilated, and with low humidity to preserve their quality.

We perform thorough cleaning before selling our items, but any scratches, stains, tears, or damages that we are unable to repair will remain as they are. Please carefully review the images showing these damaged areas before purchasing, and if necessary, consider having the item repaired by a professional after purchase.

Returns and Exchange
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us with your order number. Our Customer Support team will then verify your return request and provide further instructions via email.

It's important to note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the item.
All returns must be sent with a traceable shipping method via Post Office and marked as "Return item" on the package when you return the item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
If you don't mark the package as "Return item", we will have to pay the customs fee. In this case, the fee will be deducted from your refund.

Therefore, keep your shipping receipt and tracking number safe until your return is fully processed and your refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the completion of your return, starting from the date of return shipment. The actual time may vary based on the destination country and the chosen shipping provider.

Cancellations After Order
Please be aware that once payment is settled, we cannot accept cancellations as the product will be prepared for shipment. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
