Collection: GIVENCHY

Givenchy is a French luxury brand founded by Hubert de Givenchy in 1952. Born in 1927 in Beauvais, near Paris, Givenchy came from a noble family. He trained at renowned fashion houses before presenting his first collection in 1951. Despite financial constraints, his innovative designs, especially the “Bettina Blouse,” earned him acclaim.

In 1954, Givenchy designed costumes for Audrey Hepburn in "Sabrina," marking the start of a long collaboration. Hepburn became an icon of Givenchy, who provided her with costumes for films like "Breakfast at Tiffany’s" and "How to Steal a Million." Givenchy’s style, characterized by its freedom and elegance, contrasts with Dior’s New Look, and continues to be celebrated worldwide.
