Returns and Exchange
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To initiate a return, please reach out to us with your order number.
Our Customer Support team will then verify your return request and provide further instructions via email.


It's important to note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the item.
All returns must be sent with a traceable shipping method via Post Office and marked as "Return to seller" on the package when you return the item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
If you don't mark the package as "Return to seller", we will have to pay the customs fee. In this case, the fee will be deducted from your refund.

Therefore, keep your shipping receipt and tracking number safe until your return is fully processed and your refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the completion of your return, starting from the date of return shipment. The actual time may vary based on the destination country.

*Final sale items and back-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Cancellations After Order

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once payment is completed, as your item will be immediately prepared for shipment.

Duties, Import Taxes, and Refused Shipments

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred in your country are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
We do not assume any liability for these charges under any circumstances.

If the shipment is returned to Japan due to:

  • refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or

  • the customer's prolonged absence or failure to accept delivery,

we will issue a refund for the item minus the round-trip DHL shipping cost, once the item is safely returned in its original condition.
