Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our proxy purchasing service, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds requested for the customer's convenience.
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
After receiving payment, we immediately proceed with purchasing and securing the requested item from the seller in order to avoid losing availability.
Before shipping, every item is carefully inspected and authenticated by our team.
If an item is determined to be counterfeit during our authentication process, we will immediately return the item to the seller and issue a full refund to the customer.
In cases of counterfeit items, a full refund will be processed immediately upon confirmation.
All shipments are sent via DHL Express with insurance coverage. If a package is lost in transit and is not delivered to the customer, the shipment is protected by DHL insurance, and the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with the insurance coverage.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, color differences caused by screen settings, or minor signs of wear consistent with pre-owned luxury items.
