04 — ADD THE PRODUCT URL
When you find something you want to buy, add the product URL to your purchasing sheet.VINTAGE QUEEN then reviews the request.
05 — WE CHECK
We review the Japanese listing, seller information, condition description, price and other relevant details.
If there is anything we believe you should know before proceeding, we will inform you.
06 — WE CONFIRM THE TOTAL COST
We calculate the applicable purchase cost, service fee and other relevant charges and provide you with the total amount.
07 — PAYMENT
Payment is made in advance.

08 — WE PURCHASE
Once payment is confirmed, VINTAGE QUEEN purchases the requested item on your behalf.
Because pre-owned luxury items are often one-of-a-kind, availability cannot be guaranteed until the purchase has been successfully completed.
09 — WE RECEIVE & CHECK
The item is delivered to VINTAGE QUEEN in Japan.
After arrival, we check the received item against the original seller listing and review its condition.
Independent third-party authentication can also be arranged upon request.
10 — WE STORE & CONSOLIDATE
You don’t have to ship every purchase internationally as a separate package.
We can temporarily store purchases from different Japanese sellers and consolidate multiple items into fewer shipments.

11 — WE PACK & SHIP
