Before sourcing begins, you fund an agreed purchasing budget in advance.
VINTAGE QUEEN uses this available budget exclusively to purchase items on your behalf according to your pre-approved buying criteria.
For example, you may set a monthly or sourcing-cycle budget and tell us the types of inventory you want us to acquire.
We then work within that budget and your agreed requirements.

04 — WE SEARCH JAPAN
We search the Japanese domestic market for suitable vintage and pre-owned luxury items.
05 — WE SELECT & PURCHASE
When we find an item that meets your agreed criteria, we can purchase it immediately using your available purchasing budget.
Individual approval is not required for each qualifying purchase.
06 — WE RECORD YOUR PURCHASES
Purchased items are added to your private Google Sheet so you can follow your inventory and purchasing activity.
07 — WE RECEIVE & CHECK
Your purchases are delivered to VINTAGE QUEEN in Japan.
We check the received items against the original listing and review their condition after arrival.
Independent third-party authentication can also be arranged upon request.
08 — WE STORE & CONSOLIDATE
Instead of shipping every item separately, we can temporarily store purchases from multiple Japanese sellers and consolidate them into fewer international shipments.
09 — WE PACK & SHIP
When your sourcing cycle is complete — or when you request shipment — we carefully pack your inventory and arrange international shipping.

When you find an item you want, simply send us the product URL.
VINTAGE QUEEN reviews the listing and seller information before proceeding.
Once confirmed, we send you the total cost, you make payment, and we purchase the item on your behalf.
We then receive it in Japan, check it, temporarily store it if necessary, consolidate multiple purchases and arrange international shipping.
You choose. We handle the rest in Japan.
